'Chosen by the King'

  After the death of Charlie Kirk, like you, I found myself with many questions.  Lord, you've had prophets telling us not to fear, but seeing the death of a man that loved you so much has rattled and shaken the hearts of many. I don't understand how this happening could keep us from fear.  Lord, the evil ones came after President Trump in Butler, and it was obvious that the angels were there as his head was turned at just the right time so that he would not be killed. The enemy has missed countless times since with President Trump. Why was he able to get in with Charlie? Lord, You said the enemy would not win over on You but we, Your children, look on day after day, and we see hundreds of Your children being martyred, even in other countries, not to mention what just happened here.   As I sat with the Lord this morning, I sensed He wanted me to know and share that He will soon be turning our   mourning   into   dancing ( Psalm 30:11 ). So much has happened in my family in the last few years, and just like for others, the intensity has increased. We went from things happening occasionally that were challenging to just about everything happening at once.  Just about a month ago, my husband's younger brother died a very horrible death (63). Then, only last week, we received a call that his younger sister (65) had to be taken to ER and was now in ICU because of very serious health issues. They were not sure if she was going to make it. We live states away so my husband was really concerned about his mother, who had so much to deal with and then a few days ago we were awakened at 4 am to a phone call saying that his mother had a massive stroke and might not make it and even if she did, she was now paralyzed and couldn't take care of herself any...
