WALKING THROUGH THE BOOK OF JONAH ~ Blog
Since May 17th, the Lord has been bringing several things up to me in my spirit, so I've continued to pray, and I believe it is time to share. Many say we are in a time like no other, and of course, this is true, except that if you are a person of the word of God, you can clearly see that God moves in patterns, and Ecclesiastes 3:15 tells us that what has been will be again.

That which is has already been, And what is to be has already been; And God requires an account of what is past.
Donald Trump has been likened to Cyrus, David, Jehu, and the Lord told me early on that he was called as a modern-day Moses. I wouldn't doubt that in the Bible, there are others that you could read about and see similarities in what he and America have walked through since 2015. The Rededication of America back to God was much more important than the world could possibly understand, nor did the church, which has been asleep at the wheel for far too long, comprehend, not even realizing that there is a very real enemy out there who has slowly been killing God's creation, and I am not just talking about 50 years of abortion. No, I am talking about through our food, water, air, soil, medicines, and especially the nefarious use of vaccines.
WHY ARE WE GOING THROUGH ALL OF THIS?
As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, the church has been asleep. We got too comfortable and started believing the lie that Jesus was always nice and would never speak up. Where do you find that in the Gospels? Nowhere! He confronted those who used religion to keep God's people in bondage constantly. We should answer one question. Why, when God sent His Son to the earth, didn't He send Him to a synagogue and let Him be trained up by the Pharisees? My answer, dear one, is that God was doing a new thing. Just as He had to let Moses die in order to take the children of Israel into the promised land, He had to do the same in order to take the New Testament Believers in a totally different direction and away from that religious system that had moved away from Him and become demonic and controlling.
The why is two-fold...
1) God is long-suffering and loves His creation. He ALWAYS gives them a space to repent and turn to Him.
2) His born-again Believers had fallen asleep, weren't praying, making decrees, or even believing that God could step in, let alone that He would.
Although it has taken many years, the Lord is waking people up to the truth. He is showing them the compromise they accepted and needed to turn from. He is removing the scales from the eyes of those who have been blinded through Hollywood and the media to just believe whatever is said to them, even if it means throwing prayer out of schools, taking down the 10 Commandments at every courthouse, and even going to the extreme of using the Johnson Amendment to control the church.
IS THE NINEVEH STORY RELEVANT TODAY?
We are all very aware of the story of the Prophet Jonah, called by God to go to Nineveh and preach repentance. He ran, and to be honest, he had good reason to do so. The wickedness in Nineveh was great, and the people of Nineveh were his enemies. It was in the city of Nineveh, where we are told the evil Assyrian King Sennacherib dwelt. Sennacherib tortured people and tried to kill and take the land of all of Israel.
The Bible tells us that it took Jonah 3 days to walk all the way through Nineveh, prophesying that they had only 40 days because God's judgment was coming. I believe that back in those days, wall murals were painted of the evils that Kings had done to control the people. Not only to share the history, but to keep the people in constant fear of their leadership. It is quite possible that, as Jonah walked through the city of Nineveh for 3 days, he had to see these horrible murals of the atrocities done to his people and his own family line. This beloved is still used against Believers today. Rather than murals, it is now Television, movies, commercials, social media, and even billboards as you are driving on a highway. You cannot get away from it. It is ever before your eyes, and it is there to keep you in fear, sorrow, and unbelief so that you will never believe that God can or will do anything for you or your nation.
However, God said He would build His church, and the gates of hell would not prevail, and for countless years now He has been bringing the prophets out of the Caves of Obadiah where they have been hidden, and that, beloved, is you and me. Most who read this can say they can clearly see what is happening and that they know where God is taking us. It is not doom and gloom, but God's goodness to His own that we have to look forward to. Daniel told us. Enoch told us, and God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Therefore, He is still speaking to His people and through His prophets today.
COMPARE WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO JONAH...
Jonah 3:5-10 NKJV
5 So the people of Nineveh believed God, proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest to the least of them. 6 Then word came to the king of Nineveh; and he arose from his throne and laid aside his robe, covered himself with sackcloth and sat in ashes. 7 And he caused it to be proclaimed and published throughout Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying,
Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste anything; do not let them eat, or drink water. 8 But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily to God; yes, let every one turn from his evil way and from the violence that is in his hands. 9 Who can tell if God will turn and relent, and turn away from His fierce anger, so that we may not perish?
10 Then God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God relented from the disaster that He had said He would bring upon them, and He did not do it.
ISN'T THIS EXACTLY WHAT WE JUST WALKED THROUGH?
It started with the people, and then the King rose up. It started with you and me, and then Donald Trump rose up. Yes, I believe it started in 2016, when Trump had the boldness to speak truth. Many in the church and even Patriots started to wake up. We now know about fake news. We now know about the poisons that could kill and were destroying lives. We now know what evil does to make sure they win elections and stay in control. We now know that our government is made up of a Uni-party that does not vote according to their conscience or how the people want, but is controlled by a very real Cabal. God used Donald Trump to wake up the very church that, in some cases, hated him. Why? Because he wasn't religious enough or he wasn't good enough, righteous enough, and the list goes on. I love Kim Clement's word where the Lord said, I will trick My people.
God always uses a man or a woman, and that is one thing that the body of Christ misses. While they are all sitting around waiting for the perfect person to deliver them, they ignorantly forget that Jesus already did that. If they would simply read the Bible, they would clearly see that Moses was not perfect. That Abraham made mistakes. That Joseph (a very righteous man) was accused of adultery. The Apostle Peter denied the Lord 3 X, and we are even told that he began cursing when he did that. Hmmmm, imperfect men have always been used, and that is why I have ALWAYS believed that Donald Trump was a modern-day Moses, and no one has ever been able to change my mind, and believe me, some have tried.

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
God had to send someone who would shake up the church and the world in order to wake us up from our alcohol, drugs, addictions, and a spirit of control that many of us had to turn off like social media, television, ungodly music, and especially the Propaganda machines that have been lying to us for countless years to keep their control over 8 billion people globally called the media
.
WHAT REALLY HAPPENED?
What happened is that slowly but surely, just like in the days that Jonah walked through Nineveh, prophesying 'Repent, judgment is coming in 40 days.' God woke up the modern-day prophetic voices to go through our cities (and online to multitudes) to wake the people up because we were on the verge of judgment if we did not turn back to Him. That is how we got to May 17th of 2026 and the Rededication of America back to God. God used Donald Trump to wake us up, and people of the earth began fasting and praying. They were willing to repent and change their lives and the lives of their family members. And the glory began falling just as it did in the days when Solomon dedicated the Temple. If we, as a prophetic people, are truly looking for it, we can see the glory falling more and more, and we should be rejoicing as we watch our nation not just return to God in words, but I believe, beloved, that we as a people will see more and more people saved because the fields truly are white. It is harvest time, and the world has never seen the goodness of God as is just ahead.
