Opening the Double Doors (blog & word)

I had what I call an event on March 16, 2026. Sometimes God has to speak loudly for me to hear Him. I had a big day ahead of me with my newsletter, getting our dog Buppy to the beauty salon for a bath and then had many errands to run before meeting my mother at her Doctors appointment because her husband had an appointment at the exact same time and so her Assissted Living Facility was going to be dropping her off by herself and so I met her there to make sure she wasn't alone and that the right questions were asked regarding her health and medications.

Before leaving that morning, I wanted to let Buppy out to potty, and so I opened my French doors (which are double doors), and she wouldn't go. I tried shutting the door, and it felt odd, but I got it closed and had to hurry. After getting Buppy to the Groomer, I moved along doing my errands. While I was out, my husband called to tell me that he was trying to go out to the back porch to pray and that the door in my bedroom between my room and the back deck came off the hinges. Wow!! This was a new experience. In all my years, I'd never seen or heard of a door coming off the hinges into someone's hands, but that is what he said happened. In fact, because of the awkwardness of it all, he wasn't able to get it right back up. There was my bedroom wide open to bugs, critters, and below-freezing weather until we could get someone out to fix this issue.

We called someone who couldn't come out till the afternoon, and I still had things to do, so I continued on. I met my mother for her appointment, which was long because so much had to be gone over. She hadn't been to see her doctor in quite some time because of previous Hospital and Nursing Home stays. I didn't really have much time to think about my door not being on its hinges, so that when I finally got home, I could take a nap or sit down and get some rest. In 25-degree weather with no door on my room, there was no way for me to rest, even if I did get home. My mother was sent for her blood work, and so my daughter and I went to sit in the lobby and wait for her. Then we would have to wait for the Assisted Living Facility to come pick her up before my daughter and I could finally head home.

We went to sit down and wait, and I had pretty much forgotten what my husband told me happened at home until something else very odd happened. The doctor's office had 2 sets of double doors, and for some reason, in this cold weather, the doors were both open and would not close. I tried and tried to push the thing on the wall to get them to close so we wouldn't have to sit there in that cold, and they simply would not close. Then, as I began to complain (Yes, I did), I heard the Lord say,

Yes, I am trying to get your attention. But I am speaking loudly so that I know that you can hear Me, My daughter. Because what I am about to do will not be forgotten, nor go unnoticed. Hearing that your door came off its hinges surprised you, but it didn't rattle you. You easily called someone, weren't home to deal with it, and felt it would be taken care of, so it was quickly out of your mind, but I am speaking louder than before, especially to My children who do not feel they hear from Me audibly. My sheep do hear My voice, but many are deceived about how that happens. Not every one of My children is a Prophet, and not every one of them will hear Me like My servant Julie Green or Carolyn Dennis. My children are truly destroyed for a lack of knowledge, and many simply do not realize that I speak to them in many different ways, so they simply see the things that happen around them as coincidences. My child, there are no coincidences with Me and those that I love. My remnant will hear Me, but now is the time to press in and really listen.

My children, I have been speaking to you for many years now to encourage and to warn, and I go before you this day, making sure you know that I am getting ready to blow the door off the hinges for you. Yes, I am even now preparing the way, making the crooked places straight and opening not just the doors but the double doors before you so that you will go in and so that no one can shut them and keep you out.

Pay attention to your surroundings. Listen for My voice not only in your prayer time but also in the wind, the waves, and even in the fire. Everything around you speaks either words from Me and My heart or words the enemy wants you to believe. Let your heart hear, and your mouth speak words of faith and resist at all costs fear, for in the days ahead the enemy will push fear and try to deceive even My elect ones. You, My child, will not miss Me in this hour because I am in you, and there is absolutely nothing that can take you out of My hand. Press in My child and follow My voice and My voice alone, and you will step through the double doors that I am opening for you even now, says the Lord.

I immediately remembered Isaiah 45, which we all know to be about Cyrus, and for many years, many prophetic voices brought our attention to it over and over because we saw Donald Trump as a modern-day Cyrus. But those double doors are not only being opened for Donald Trump. God's intent all along was that they be opened for you and for me. Let Him take you by the hand and lead you through. There is truly nothing that can stop what our Father is doing in this time.

45 Isaiah 45:1- 7 NKJV

“Thus says the Lord to His anointed,
To Cyrus, whose right hand I have held—
To subdue nations before him
And loose the armor of kings,
To open before him the double doors,
So that the gates will not be shut:
2 ‘I will go before you
And make the crooked places straight;
I will break in pieces the gates of bronze
And cut the bars of iron.
3 I will give you the treasures of darkness
And hidden riches of secret places,
That you may know that I, the Lord,
Who call you by your name,
Am the God of Israel.
4 For Jacob My servant’s sake,
And Israel My elect,
I have even called you by your name;
I have named you, though you have not known Me.
5 I am the Lord, and there is no other;
There is no God besides Me.
I will gird you, though you have not known Me,
6 That they may know from the rising of the sun to its setting
That there is none besides Me.
I am the Lord, and there is no other;
7 I form the light and create darkness,
I make peace and create calamity;
I, the Lord, do all these things.’
