Facing the Giants ~ Word

 

For a number of years now, I have just loved a song called 'Same God'. I believe it was written by Brandon Lake and Elevation Worship, but the version I tend to listen to is by Spencer Bell at Ramp in Alabama. Every morning between 3 am and 5 am I get up to spend time with the Lord and this one song is one of my go to's. While in worship a few weeks ago, I was just singing away to the entire song when I got to the verses that say 

I'm calling on the God of David

Who made a shepherd boy courageous

I may not face Goliath

But I've got my own giants 

I heard the Lord say, " This is no longer true. Daughter, I want you to tell My children who are living in this time that I see them as courageous. In fact, just as courageous as the David of My Bible. You, My children, are facing daily threats from Giants that many cannot even see, except for a remnant of My own who have been awakened to what is actually taking place in the spiritual realm, and you have discerned what is truly happening around you and around the world. My David, truly, was a man after my own heart, but mighty in his time. The truth is, David only faced Goliath, My children. It was not David who killed his brothers. No, it was his men who took them out, but you, My precious ones, are facing the Giants daily.

The Giants of Media who come out daily mocking you and blaspheming your God. Through your turning them off and praying that they would come down, you are bringing them down.

The Giants of Government, who use their evil rhetoric; government leaders who like Goliath are daily trying to make you feel small and insignificant, yet My children, you have learned through this time that I am greater in you than anything that is in the world.

The Giants are constantly trying to force you into a corner and keep you silent, hoping that you will shake in your boots like Saul's Army and let them take over. Like David, they never expected My children to call them out to their faces and, with My help, put them in freefall.

My children, there are Giants all around you, and I include the Giants of Entertainment, false religion, business, and even education, to name several more that I watch you facing daily. You must realize that you are not less than any of the men or women in My Bible. You are just living a different time.

Yes, My children, I have said that I have no problem making your name great, and I will do so in the days ahead for you because I will send many your way after the Great and Terrible Day because they will need your light, your faith, your love, and My truth to set them truly free. My light will shine on you as more of My glory falls, and they will see you as one who knew what I was doing even before they did. There will be no denying the time you spent in getting to know Me and wanting to hear My words for your life daily. 

One word of warning, My children: Do not get puffed up and do not take My Glory for what I am about to do in this time, but My children, I will have no problem honoring you in the days ahead because I see each one of you as having Great Faith. In fact, faith that I have not seen in many others around the world. No matter what you face, you rise and rise again and always seek Me, just as David did, knowing without a doubt that, like Moses, Mary, or even the disciples, without Me you are nothing. It is I who live in you, and that is the hope of glory.

Yes, I say again, not one of you has been less courageous, and not one has been less faithful. In fact, My children, I see you as My faith-filled ecclesia (called-out ones). You are so much bigger and taller in the spirit than any Giant ever was in history. You pray, stand, obey, and wait on Me, and today I tell you the truth: you send terror into the enemy's camp, and you truly are remarkable. 

I see what you stand through. I know who says ugly things to you, but you boldly stand as David did, saying, 'Do not mock my God, or God will not be mocked.' You, My children, are that remnant that My scribe of Righteousness wrote about. You understand that you are not facing something that is natural. No, My children, you are taking down the Nephilim spirit that is wreaking havoc in your Nations today, and because of your prayers and intercession, I am taking them down with My mighty right arm. Know this, My children, that I have never left you or forsaken you, and I never will. 

And finally, My children, remember that Giants are not larger than your faith. I give My angels charge over you with each prayer you pray because the Nephilim agenda towers over you, your families, and My world daily. Continue to arise early in the morning to seek Me, to worship Me, and to gain the strength that you need in time of trouble. Fight another day, My children, not in the natural, but with the spiritual weapons that I have given to you, and never forget to put on the full armor so that you can continue to stand. 

The days ahead will be hard for some and easier for others, but know that I will never leave you or forsake you. Look to Me and Me alone, and listen for that still small voice because I am always speaking to those who are tuned into My frequency and listening. Lean in, My children, for many of you are now hearing from Me clearly. I love you, My children, and remember that you truly were born for such a time as this, says your God.
