'Chosen by the King'

I want to preface this by saying that I believe this is a blog/word because God spoke to me and gave me all these scriptures. It is written more like a blog but I can clearly see that God is saying this to His people right now. I did not watch the debate. I had several people write and tell me to, but the answer is No, I can't sit under all the lies, deception, and negativity so I just won't do it. I'll pick up things later on through the prophets, patriots, or even the news but I won't submit myself to the nonsense that is a debate. It's not really a debate. It's a 'you did this, and he did that' arguing match that promotes nothing but strife in a person's heart in my opinion.   My child hear Me says the Lord, for I am doing a work in your Prodigal even now that you cannot see and even if I told you you would not believe it ( Habakkuk 1:5 ). I am about to shake everything that can be shaken and that includes your children. For I love them, and I want to pick them up and place them back on the path of righteousness. Right now, there is so much noise around them that they cannot hear Me, but I will whisper ' turnaround ' into their ears with My still small voice and they will hear Me says the Lord ( 1 Kings 19:12) .  They will turn (repent)  and  give heed to My reproof, and I will pour out My spirit upon them, and I will make My words known to them ( Proverbs 1:23 ). For I have said that I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh and not only will they prophecy, but I will also cause them to have visions and  dreams  ( Joel 2:28 ). Yes, I will speak to your children even at night while they lay sleeping upon their beds ( Job 33:15 )...

For countless years, I remember cringing a little when someone would preach on Mary & Martha. I think in many ways it was because I wanted so much to fit into the Mary category, but the reality was, I always fit into the Martha category. What do I even mean by that? I mean that throughout my life even since I was very young, I've always worked, cleaned, served, volunteered and taken care of others sometimes even to my own hurt. I can't really say where it came from. I'm not going to try blaming parents. It just happened but it also followed me into my Christian Walk. I didn't even get saved until I was 31 years old, so I'd had plenty of years to learn to always be busy and to barely even rest let alone have time to spend with the Lord. Everyone else's needs were more important than my own but deep down inside I found that I was doing all the things I thought I was supposed to do but I was actually hurting inside as well.
